BUY A SPRAY BOTTLE
Most of the dollar shops and lots of pharmacies sell small spray bottles. My kids keep them in their pockets during recess and lunch and give themselves a little mist every now and then. This is a great way to cool their lovely faces down while outdoors or after returning to class.
